Hi Tugba,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Turkish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Turkish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. You can use the Get Form Page URL widget in your form. With this widget, you can automatically fetch your form’s page URL to find out where your submissions are coming from when they’re embedded in another web page. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element on the left side of the page.
- Under the Widgets tab, click on the Get Form Page URL widget and add it to your form.
Check the below test submission for the same form using different URLs:
Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
