İş başvurusu için doldurduğum formun sahte olduğunu anladım, doldurduğum formda Tc kimlik ve iban bilgilerim vardı onların kaldırılmasını istiyorum.

We've determined that the questions on the form are a violation of our Terms of Use, because they ask for sensitive information. The account has been suspended and the forms in the account are no longer accessible to the form owner.
