    Merhaba , Phbot adı altında bir ödeme yaptım ve kartım stripe'a kayıtlı kaldı otomatik ödeme gözüküyor nasıl kaldırabilirim? Desteğinizi talep ediyorum iyi çalışmalar.

    Now, let me help you with your question. If you're referring to your payment for your Jotform Subscription, please provide the username and the email address that is registered to the account. We'll use it to locate the account and check its status. You can also cancel your subscription to stop the auto-renewal, here's the guide on How to Cancel Your Subscription.

    But if you're referring to a payment you made through a form that is created in our platform; unfortunately, we're not working on your request. The forms that are created through our platform can collect payments, but we have the payment processors that takes care of it. You can either respond to the email that was sent to you after you made the payment or discuss it with your bank to stop the auto-debit.
