Merhaba, gold üyelik almak için işlem yaptım. Fakat kart bilgilerimi girdikten ve onayla dedikten sonra kartınızdan ödeme alamadık demesine rağmen hesabımdan 70 tl çekildi. Fakat gold üyeliğim oluşturulmadı. Bununla ilgili acil geri dönüş yapmanızı bekliyorum.
