Now, let me help you with your question. Please note that it's not possible to upload Jotform Apps on the Google play store as Jotform APPs are webapp.

However, you can publish and download a QR code to be scanned on users’ mobile devices for easy access. Then, they can add the App to their phone's Home screen.
