Birleşmiş Milletler Kalkınma Programı'nın Depremden etkilenen küçük işletmelerin desteklenmesi hibe programı bilgilerini doldurdum doldurmasına da formun sonunda "Hibe Rehberi ekinde yer alan Başvuru Sahibi Firmanın Islak İmzalı Beyanı" nı bulamadım. Nereden bulabilirim? Nasıl ulaşabilirim?

Thanks for getting back to us. If you are looking for a form template then you can use this Grant Proposal Form Template. On the other if you are actually referring to a form that is owned by one of our users/customers and you want us to send it to you then unfortunately it is not possible. You will need to ask the form owner if he can share it with you.
