Ekteki formun dilinin farklı olması

Türkçe ve ingilizce çift dilli hazırladığım bir formu dolduranlara otomatik mail ile form mailin eki olarka gidiyor.

Ancak mailin ekinde tüm formlar ingilizce olarak gidiyor.

ben formu Türkçe dolduranlara ekte türkçe formun, ingilizce dolduranlara ekte ingilizce formun gitmesini istiyorum ancak bunu gerçekleştiremedim.

Bunun için ne yapmam lazım acaba?

Now, let me help you with your question. Unfortunately, even if the user selects Turkey as a form language when filling out a form, the PDF submission report and Autoresponder will remain in English. You will need to create two separate PDF documents for the single form, one in Turkish and one in English. You can select the attachment with the relevant language in your autoresponder settings, as shown in the screenshot below:

You must also configure the email template to use the same language as the one selected in the form, and you need to create multiple email templates and send them using conditional logic. Please see this handy guide for the complete steps for this approach.

I am also using saving this form on the google drive function. It's the same problem there.

All the form are saved in English if they are filled in English or Turkish It does not matter

And also I want to download the Turkish form but I can not see that also.I can just download the English version which is the mail form language but I add a translation for turkish this form but I can not download that.
I think ıt's same problem

Formlarınızda koşullu mantık ve birden fazla Otomatik Yanıtlayıcı kullanarak seçilen dile göre kullanıcılara göndereceğiniz e-postaların içeriklerini değiştirebilirsiniz. Bunu başarmak için aşağıdaki adımları ve ekran görüntülerini takip edebilirsiniz:

• Form Oluşturucu sayfasında, sol üstte logonun yanında bulunan Form Oluşturucu yazısına tıklayınız ve açılan menüden PDF Düzenleyici'yi seçiniz.

• PDF Düzenleyici açıldığında, üstteki mavi sekme çubuğunda bulunan + Yeni PDF düğmesine tıklayınız ve oluşturulan yeni PDF belgenizi dilediğinizce doldurunuz, bu sizin Türkçe PDF şablonunuz olacak.

• Form Oluşturucu sayfasında, turuncu gezinti çubuğunun üzerinde yer alan Ayarlar butonuna tıklayınız.
• Sol menüden E-Postalar sekmesini seçin ve + E-posta ekle'ye tıklayınız ve listeden Otomatik Yanıtlayıcı E-Posta'yı seçiniz.
• E-posta içeriğinde sol sütunda bulunan metinleri istediğiniz gibi düzenleyebilirsiniz.

• Yukarıdaki adımları tamamladıktan sonra Gelişmiş sekmesine geçiniz ve PDF ekle ayarını açınız.
• Alt kısma gelen PDF listesinden yeni oluşturduğunuz PDF dosyasını seçiniz ve sayfanın en altında yer alan Kaydet düğmesine tıklayınız.

• Bu adımları da tamamladıktan sonra sol taraftaki menüden Koşullar sekmesine geçiniz ve + Yeni Koşul Ekle seçeneğini seçiniz.
• E-Posta Alıcılarını Değiştir koşulu seçiniz ve koşulu aşağıdaki gibi düzenledikten sonra Kaydet düğmesine tıklayınız.
• Son 2 adımı baştan tekrarlayıp yeni bir koşul daha oluşturunuz ve sırasıyla Language/Eşittir/Türkçe olarak seçtikten sonra Gönder kısmı için yeni oluşturduğunuz Otomatik Yanıtlayıcı'yı (Bu örnekte Otomatik Yanıtlayıcı 2) seçiniz.

Ayrıca şu an sistemden türkçe formu indirmek istiyorum indiremiyorum.
Bahsettiğiniz yöntem sıfırdan formu çevirmek benim için ve bu çok fazla vaktimi alacak.
Acaba başka yöntemi yok mu?

Thanks for getting back to Jotform Support. Actually, I have checked further, to achieve this there is no other workaround to do this automatically, for multilingual forms you need to create a separate submission PDF for Turkish and English language. Similarly, for an autoresponder email, you need to create two email autoresponder 1 for Turkish and another for the English language.

You can follow my colleague's detailed instructions and apply them and let us know how it goes. Also, regarding automatically translating emails, If you agree, I can escalate it as a feature request to our developers.
