Now, let me help you with your question. Check the steps and screenshot below on how to add the date and time of the appointment in the Autoresponder Email:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings.
2. Select Emails, hover on your existing Autoresponder Email and click on the Pencil icon.
3. Click on the Form Field button, look for the Appointment field and select it.
4. Click the Save button.
