Now, I'll help you with your question. Please know that Jotform is a subscription-based service, and it will automatically be renewed on your next Billing date unless you cancel. You can follow the guide on How to Cancel a Subscription and Downgrade Back to Free. This will not cancel the subscription immediately but this will cancel the auto-renewal of the subscription. Being said, once the subscription expires, you can subscribe again whenever you want.
