Now, I'll help you with your question. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. When I checked your account, I can't find anything that is over the limit for your form. So, I cleared the form cache from the back end, checked your form again and it's now working. You can also clear your form cache from your end by following this guide if the same thing happens in the future.
Perhaps you are referring to another account? If so, can you please provide the form URL of the form in question so we can check it on our end?

Thanks for getting back to me. When I checked your account, it seems that your account is currently set to over the limit as you have reached the monthly submission quota, so you'll need to free up some space by deleting submissions. We suggest that you download your submissions first as a backup. Then, you can delete submissions to empty more space for your upcoming submissions. Let me show you how:
- On the Tables page, choose the entries that need to be deleted using the checkboxes and select Delete in the upper-right corner.
- In the confirmation dialog, select Move to Trash.
- After moving to the Trash, to view the Trashed entries, Click on the 3 dot icon on your Tables page and select Trashed Entries.
- On the next prompt, select the entry you want to delete and click on Delete Forever to permanently delete the submission.
Deleting and purging the trashed data will free up space on your account. The deleted data will no longer count or go against your available space.
