As for your question, if you want the email to be sent to the purchasing department every time a submission is made, you will need to change the recipient email in the Recipient tab on the notifications. I'll walk you through setting that up:
- In the Form Builder page, click Settings.
- In the left hand panel, select Emails from the given options.
- Click on the Notifications and go to Recipients tab
- Type in the email address on the Recipient Email and hit the Save button.
