Webhook Bilderwahl keine Daten/Image Picker Widget Values Not Sent Through Webhook

Hallo,

ich habe gestern Webbhook für mein Formular aktiviert. Und wie bei anderen Formularen auch, geht das super einfach.

Allerdings verwende ich zum ersten mal das Widget Bilder-Auswahl.

Nun bekomme ich in Tables nur ein Bildysymbol angezeigt und keinen Wert
Und leider werden auch beim Webhook kein Wert überrmittelt.

Welche Einstellungen muß ich vornehmen, damit ich statt des Symbolbildes einen Wert in der Tabelle habe funktioniert?

The Image Picker widget allows you to add images to your form and let your users select one or more of them. The widget will send the image URL as the value to your webhook endpoint.

However, if you want to display a different value instead of the image URL, it is not possible with the widgets. As a workaround, you can use the Advanced Formula feature in the submission table with regular form fields. This will let you assign a custom value for each option that will be shown in your Tables and webhook.

You see the image thumbnail because you have added the submission manually in the submission table. If you submit the form using the Form URL, then you will see the images in the submission table.

Übersezungsprogramm ist gut.

Habe die Bilder als Link eingefügt und dann den Webook ausgelöst. Der Link wird nicht an den Webook übermittelt. Daher gibt es wohl keine andere Möglichkeit als mit dem Advanced Formula feature zu arbeiten.

Hier der Nachweis, dass ich den Link eingeflegt habe.

Dann ergeben sich zwei Fragen.

Einmal angenommen, ich erstelle ein neues Feld und weise diesem Feld gemäß der Bilderauswahl einen Wert zu, wird dann dieses Feld im Webhook mit übertragen?

Denn auch das habe ich ausprobiert. Ich habe ein zusätzliches Rechenfeld hinterlegt und habe dann geprüft, ob dieses Zusatzfeld an den Webhook übertragen wird. Hier die gelieferten Werte des Webhook. Da wird das Feld nicht übermittelt.

Zum zweiten.

Zudem taucht ein weiteres Problem, Die von Dir angegeben Lösung funktioniert in der Tabelle nicht.

Ich kann auf das Feld überhaupt nicht zugreifen.

Ich vermute das Problem woanders. In dem für mich wichtigen Funel habe ich es so eingestellt, dass direkt nach dem Klick auf ein Bild die Frage ausgeblendet wird und die nächste Frage eingeblendet wird.

Zum Vergleich habe ich ein zweites Formular angelegt und dort auf die Funktion "Ausblenden" verzichtet. Stattdessen geht es dort mit dem Button "Weiter" zur nächsten Frage. In diesem Formular werden die Wert ordnungsgemäß im Webhook gesendet und auch in die Tabelle gespeichert.

Daher vermute ich, dass deine erste Antwort in die falsche Richtung gegangen ist. Bitte prüfe die Möglichkeit, dass durch das Ausblendne das Übertagen der Bilderrauswahlt beeinträchtigt wird.

OK, habe es selbst geprüft. Das Formular mit dem Problemen geclont. Anschließend das automatische Ausblenden deaktiviert. Und jetzt werden die Ergebnisse in der Tabelle und im Webhook angezeigt. https://eu.jotform.com/tables/231671426239356


Damit steht fest: Wenn ich eine Bilderwahl ausblende wird das Ergebnis meiner Bilderwahl nicht korrekt übertragen. Bitte löst das, oder gebt mir einen Workaround.

3.) Ja, wir haben den Webhook Endpunkt geprüft. Doch mindestens genauso interessant: Die Ergebnisse werden nicht die Ergenisliste übertragen. Hallo, Sorry wenn ich nerve. Normalerweise antwortet ihr sehr schnell. Daher nur meine Frage, ob meine Nachricht vom 17.ten angekommen ist? Nach eurer Erfahrung, wie lange dauert es in der Regel bis so eine Anfrage beantwortet wird? Diese Info bräuchte ich, da ich bis dahin mit einer alternativen Lösung arbeiten müsste.

Based on your description, it seems like the issue arises when the Image Picker widget is set to auto-hide. Upon further investigation, it seems the issue you're experiencing might be related to the "Clear Hidden Field Values" option in your form's settings.

When a field is hidden in Jotform (either manually or through conditional logic), the data in that field can be cleared based on this setting and because of that, the data in the hidden Image Picker widget gets cleared before it's sent through the webhook.

Here's how to change this setting:

• Go to the Settings tab in your Form Builder
• Select the Form Settings section on the left
• Click on Show More Options
• Scroll down to find Clear Hidden Field Values and set it to Don't Clear

This should ensure that the values from the Image Picker widget are not cleared and are correctly sent through the webhook, even if the widget is hidden. Check out the screenshot example below to see my results after performing a test using a webhook on a cloned version of your form:
