Kartımdan yapılan abonelik ücreti çekimi

Geçen ay, Nisan 2023, ücretli aboneliği deneme süresi içinde sonlandırdım. abonelik ücreti iade edildi fakat 18 Mayıs 2023 tarihinde kartımdan tekrar abonelik ücreti çekilmiş. Ücretli aboneliğimin iptal edilmesini talep etmiştim. Lütfen ücreti iade eder misiniz.
