Dün oluşturduğum anket çalışmıyor. Ekranda "Form bulunamadı.. This form is disabled." mesajı ile karşılaştım. Üniversitesi adına düzenlenen bir kurs başvurusu için form hazırlamıştım. Duyurusu yapılan bu kursa katılımcılar başvuru yapamıyor. Hesabıma da giriş yapamıyorum. Hesabımın açılması ve aynı formun aynı bağlantı ile aktif hale ve mağduruyetimin giderilmesini talep ediyorum.
