It's possible that the form creator had set the form status to private. Please make sure that you are logged in to a Jotform account when accessing the file.
You can also inform the form creator to follow the steps below if they want to remove the privacy settings:
- Login to the Jotform account.
- Hover the mouse over your Avatar on the right side of the screen.
- In the dropdown list that appears, click on Settings, or alternatively, click on this link to go directly to the Settings page.
- On the Settings page, scroll down to the Privacy section and uncheck the box next to Require Login to View Uploaded Files.
