Hi serkancebecioglu,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Turkish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Turkish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, if I understand your concern correctly, you want to populate some fields based on the selected option in a Dropdown list. If so, you can use a condition to fill them in. Let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder, add the fields you want to be populated. In the example below, I added a Short Text field for the phone number.
2. Then, click on Settings on the orange navigation bar.
3. After that, click on Conditions on the left menu.
4. Add an Update/Calculate Field condition to your form.
5. Use the condition setup below:
Here's what it'll look like:
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Jovito
what I want to do is something like the following
Dropdown list (A1, B1, C1 etc)
Adres (A11, B11, C11 etc)
Mail (A111, B111, C111 etc)
Tel (A1111, B1111, C1111 etc)
When I select A1, it comes automatically in the following 3 fields (such as A11, A111, A1111)

Hi serkancebecioglu,
Can you try using the Dynamic Dropdowns widget and check if this meets your requirement? It dynamically shows multiple options based on your previous selection. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on Add Element then go to Widgets and add Dynamic Dropdowns widget.
- After that, add the options in the Values and make sure to correctly organize them.

Thank you, Jovito,
I want the following fields to appear automatically after a single selection (not by selecting)
When you select the company, the following 3-5 fields will come automatically (with calculation values)

Hi serkancebecioglu,
It is possible to automatically set the value of fields in your form based on the selected option in a dropdown list. Let me show you how:
1. At the top left of FormBuilder, click Add Element and add one dropdown list and three short text elements to your form.
2. Click the dropdown list and click on Edit Options.
3. Input user choices, one per line.
4. To start adding conditional logic, click on Settings in the navigation bar and select Conditions.
5. Click Add Condition and select Update/Calculate Field.
6. Add the three conditional logic shown in the screencast below so that the Adres, Mail, and Tel fields will display corresponding values if Company A1 is selected in the dropdown.
7. Repeat Steps 5 and 6 to add the three conditional logic if Company B1 is selected in the dropdown and display corresponding values to Adres, Mail, and Tel fields. Do the same for Company C1 and Company D1.
Below is a screencast showing that Adres, Mail, and Tel fields display values automatically based on the selected option in the dropdown and based on the enforced conditional logic in the form. Please access this DemoForm so you can try navigating it yourself. You can also clone the form by following the steps on How to Clone an Existing Form From a URL. The URL of the form is https://form.jotform.com/250524057698060.
Give it a try, and let us know how it goes.

Thank you Keenly
We can make shortlists with this solution, but is there any way to shorten this method for, for example, 80 companies? I look forward to your comment.

Hi serkancebecioglu,
I've checked for a workaround and see if this will satisfy your needs. We will use the Spread Sheet to Form Widget to auto-populate the fields based on the dropdown selection. This way, you'll not need to create 80 conditions. It'll simply fetch the data from the Spreadsheet file. Let me show you how:
First, create your SpreadSheet File and save it as XLS or XLSX. In this example, I used Google Sheets and saved it as XLSX. If you notice below, the first row is the field label and they should match the label on the form.
Next, add the Spreadsheet to the Form widget and upload the spreadsheet file.
- In Form Builder, click on Add Element +.
- On the left panel, click on widgets.
- Select SpreadSheet to Form.
- Click on the widget and click on the wand icon on the right side.
- Upload your spreadsheet file.
- Set the Access code column to Company
- Scroll down and Set Autofull By Condition to Yes.
- Next, Set Run in the background to Yes.
- Finally, click on Update.
Next, create a condition to copy the Company Dropdown Field to the Company SpreadSheet to the Form widget:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
- Click on Conditions on the left side of the screen.
- On the Condition Options, click Update/Calculate Field.
- Create Condition as Shown below. You may see two Company fields. The first one is a Dropdown and the 2nd one is a Spreadsheet to form a widget. The condition will copy the Dropdown value to the Spreadsheet to Form.
- Finally, click on Save.
Here's the demo form that you can test. We also have this guide on how to use the Spreadsheet to Form widget.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
- In Form Builder, click on Add Element +.
