Merhaba,
19 Kasım 2024 tarihinde Jotform Bronze Monthly aylık üyeliğini sadece bir ay aldık. Ancak 19 Aralık tarihinde tekrar faturalandırma olmuş. Bu üyeliği sadece bir ay kullandık, 2. ay kullanmadığımız için ücretin iadesini talep ediyoruz. Şu anda aboneliğimiz iptal edilmiş durumda. Bu konuda yardımcı olabilirseniz çok seviniriz.

Our Turkish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Turkish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, yes, I checked your account, and it's already canceled at period end. To request a refund for your latest invoice, just fill out our Refund Request form. And our relevant team will email you once they've had a chance to look into it.

Hello,
Thank you for your reply. I filled the request form and got the email about confirmation for my request. However, approved amount was dedicated as 4.80 $ while the invoiced amount is 46.80 $. Could you please check and correct? Thank you.
