Kullanmış olduğumuz hesapta Denizli adında bir kanal oluşturduk ve bazı formları oraya aktardık. Şu an çektiğimiz sorun şu ki; Power Automate ile bağlantı oluşturduğumuzda gerekli formu seçemiyorum çünkü Denizli kanalına eklemiş olduğum formların hiç biri görünmüyor. Denizli kanalından da formları geri Ana sayfaya taşıyamıyorum. Nasıl bir çözüm yolu gösterebilirsiniz?

Our Turkish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Turkish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, have you added some forms to a Folder, and now you are unable to see them in Power Automate? Do note that even though you moved the forms to another folder into your account, you should still be able to find them on Power Automate. Check out the screencast below to see my result:
If you transferred the forms to another account, to see them on Power Automate, make sure to connect the correct Jotform Account with Power Automate. Doing that is also easy, let me show you how:
- In Power Automate, click on the Three dots icon in the top right corner of your operation trigger.
- In the dropdown menu, click on the + Add new connection option.
- Finally, connect your Jotform Account with Power automate.

Thank you for your response. but still I can not view the form that is in the folder.

Hi trtuzla_digital,
I tested again the Power Automate integration and was able to see my forms unless I Disable or Archive them. Can you share the form URL that you are unable to see on Power Automate? We also have a guide about Where to Find Your Form URL that you can check out. Also, to further investigate, we need to access your account but, we need you to change your account's settings. Here's how to do it:
- Access your Account Security Page.
- Scroll down to Jotform Support Access and set the toggle to ON.
Once done, let us know, and we'll be able to access your account to investigate better your issue.
As soon as we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with this.
