Getting an Error While Creating a Visual Report

I am getting an error while creating a visual report.

Thanks for using Jotform. I tried to replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. I checked your account and saw you're over the limit. That might cause the issue. You can upgrade your account to increase your limits, or you can purge your submissions. Let me show you how:

1. In Tables, click on the checkbox next to submission and click on Delete, then, click on Move to Trash.

2. Click on the Three Dots icon and select Trashed Entries, then, click on Delete Forever.

3. Click on the red Delete button.
