I just wanted to remind you that I'll be helping you in English using Google Translate because our Turkish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, and you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. But, if you'd rather have support in Turkish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I cloned and tested your form to replicate the issue, but was able to receive the PDF attachment in the email. See screenshot:
I've gone ahead and cleared your form caches to refresh the form. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If the issue persists, try deleting the current autoresponder email, and add it again. Make sure to enable the PDF attachment option again in the email. If this does not work, give us permission to send a test submission in your form, so we can see if we'll get the PDF attachment.
