Hi Renware,
Can you tell me what email address was used when the Autoresponder Email was not sent, so I can check? In addition, do you want to add the email address drkorkmaz@gmail.com as one of the recipients in the Notification Email? If so, that is easy. Let me show you how:
The first is to add a recipient to your Notification Email:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
- Hover over the Notification Email and click on the Pencil icon to edit it.
- Then, under the Recipients tab, just enter a new email address and click on the Save button.
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
- Click on Add a New Email, and choose the Notification.
- Now, under the Recipients tab, delete the existing email address, and add a new email address, then click on the Save button.
