Now, let me help you with your question. You can use the Gift Registry Widget. This widget allows you to set a limit on the number of selections for each option. Let me show you how:

• In Form Builder, click on Add Element and drag-drop the Gift Registry from the Widgets tab.
• Add your club options in the Items field, add the count using the curly brackets and click Update Widget.
