Now, coming back to your question, I reviewed your form and it does not appear to have an email field. So, the only way for your users to modify the answers they provided on the submission is to include an edit submission on the Thank You page, but this will not allow them to edit the submission immediately when they open the form. They can only update it when they receive the Thank You page at the end. Let me walk you through it:

1. In Form Builder, scroll to the bottom of your form and select Edit Thank You page.

2. Click Action Buttons.

3. In the window that opens, hover your mouse over Edit Submission and click Create.

4. Enter a name for the button and then click Create. 

They can update their submission by simply clicking the Edit Submission button.
