Let me get back to your question. If I understand you correctly, you received your notification emails, not after submitting the form, there is a delay in receiving your notification email. May I know, is it happening with a specific form or with all forms? Can you send me the link to your form, so I can take a look at it for you? If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that will help us to better understand what’s going on. We have a guide about how to do that here.
However, I have gone ahead and cleared your form cache. It is a good practice to delete the cache, so data are refreshed to avoid this type of issue in the future. You can do it easily. Let me show you how:
- Hover on your Avatar/Profile picture.
- Click on Settings.
3. Scroll down and click on Clear cache option.
Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
