About your question, Let me show you how to clone your existing form:

1. Log in to your account and click on Create Form on the left part of the page.

2. Under Create Form, click on Import form.

3. Under Import Form, click on Clone your existing form.

4. On the Next page, select or search the form you would like to clone or copy.

5. Then click on Create Form.
