Merhaba,

Hi fyi_member,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Turkish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Turkish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question. Sorry if I misunderstood, but are you looking to share your login with your consultant so they can access your account from different locations? If that's the case, keep in mind that our standard plans (Starter, Bronze, Silver, and Gold) are designed for single users only. This means only one login session can be active at a time.
If you need multiple people to access the account, you might want to consider upgrading to Jotform Enterprise. With an Enterprise account, your whole team can have access, and you'll have complete control and visibility over every action taken by your team members, which is great for IT audits.
If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better? Let us know if there’s anything else we can do for you.

Dear Cristian
I have made a meeting with an enterprise expert. I know that all of your standart plans are for single users. But when I got into touch with an expert he advised me to check with the support team if there is an other solution. Here is the deal,
I am running a coworking company. This company has 3 locations. Every member is using the form apps for their demands and expectations. The problem is only one email has an option to log in and see the submissions.
The thing I want is to be able to see submissions locally with local mail address with is dedicated to that area.
Let's say that I got locations in X - Y - Z. When somebody in London submit a form I want my team in X (x@workplace.fyi) could log in and see the submission.
However now, only member@workplace.fyi could see the submissions and when someone in different location is logged in, system automatically loggs off the first one.
Thanks. -

Hi fyi_member,
Our Standard plans, Starter, Bronze, Silver, and Gold are single-user plans. This is the reason why you're forced to be logged off when our system detects multiple devices logged in to the same account in different locations at the same time. You can try sharing your form submissions with collaborators, which allows you to share tables, so coworkers or others within your organization can collaborate and help manage your form data. Let me show you how to do that:
- In Jotform Tables, click the Share button in the upper-right corner of the page.
- On the Share Table window that pops up, click on Share Settings.
- Select your desired Privacy Options.
- Since you mentioned that you only need them to view the submissions, select Read Only from the Invitation Link Default Role options.
- If your collaborators have the same email domain, you can select Company Access from the Privacy Options. This is not recommended for free email domains, like Gmail, Yahoo and so on.
- Once done, you can invite your collaborators by entering their email addresses into the Invite by Email field.
But, if what you want is for your team to have access to one Jotform account, you can upgrade to Enterprise, and let them know that this is having multiple users log in to one account is what you want to do.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
