Merhabalar, hesabımız suspend olmuş ama biz koşulları ihlal edecek herhangi bir şey yapmadık. Bu bilgileri kullanıcılara hediye göndermek için toplamamız gerekiyordu. Zaten verdikleri mevcut bilgilerle olumsuz bir durum yaşatmamız da mümkün değil, herhangi bir şifre ya da benzeri bir şey istemedik.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Turkish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Turkish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question as to why it was suspended. It shows that it was suspended due to the Doğrulama Formu. I've forwarded this to our Relevant team to check this further. We’ll get back to you as soon as we have an update.
