Now, coming back to your question, are you trying to fill out an application form created at Jotform, or are you trying to sign up on the Jotform page and get an error? If yes, could you share us a screenshot of the error so we can help you figure out what it could mean? Also, before attempting to sign up again, try clearing your browser's cache or use a different browser to see if that helps.
