    Merhaba,

Mevcutta bulunan formlarımı farklı bir kullanıcıya aktarmam gerekiyor. Form yanıtlarını aktarmamıza gerek olmadan bu işlemi yapabilir misiniz? Mevcut profilimde de bu formların durması gerekiyor. Konu hakkında yardımınızı talep ediyor, iyi çalışmalar diliyorum.

    Formların aktarılacağı kullanıcı adı: ONUR_FURKAN

    Mail adresi: furkanaktas@webroart.com

    Teşekkürler.

    Hi onurfurkanaktas,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Turkish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Turkish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, we can definitely help transfer the forms. Please send the link to the forms so we can transfer the forms. However, please note that when transferring forms to another account, the submissions will be transferred along with the form. If the target recipient only needs the format of the form, I recommend for the target user to clone a copy of the form instead. Let me show you how:

    1. Open your My Forms page and click on Create Form on the left side of the page.

    2. In the window that opens up, click on Import Form

    3. In the next window, click on From a Webpage

    4. Paste the form link into the Enter URL field and click on Create Form.

After cloning your form, it will open up in Form Builder automatically. Now, the target user will have a copy of the form, edit and publish it.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any more help.
