merhaba ben bu formu bir yardım dernegimizden kopyaladım kendimize göre revize yaptık ama whatsapptan link attığımızda o dernegin ismi ile çıkıyor bunu nasıl güncelleyebilirim acaba

Now, coming back to your question, changing the form name will update title of the form when sent via WhatsApp. Let me walk you through it:

1. Click the Settings tab on the orange navigation bar at the top of the Form Builder page.
2. Then look for the Page Title and update it to your preferred title.

Once you've updated that, you'll get this result:
