Number of allowed files in single File Upload field

Now, coming back to your question, Users can upload multiple files in a single File Upload field; however, you can limit the total number of files that can be uploaded.

1. Click on the File Upload element's gear icon to open Properties.

2. In the Multiple tab, toggle ON the Limit Number of Files. Set the number per your requirement.

Please note that it is 1GB per File Upload field and the maximum files Jotform can receive is 25 files per submission. It is up to 25GB per submission if you have multiple File Upload fields in your form.

You can set the fields to required and integrate your form with one of the listed payment processors available on our platform to collect payments. I hope this answers question number 2.

Thanks for getting back to us. As long as the file upload for your single File Upload field does not exceed 1GB, there is no limit. Please note that the Starter plan only allows 100 MB of data. I suggest you review the Upload Space allowed by your plan and decide if you would like to upgrade to a larger upload space limit. Our plans, features and pricing can be found here.
