Eski Ödeme tutarına donme

Eski üye olmam nedeniyle 9.90 devam eden ödemelerimi 1 ay yoğun form görüntüleme talebi olunca gümüş aboneliğine yükseltmek durumunda kalmıştım.

Ancak 1 ay sonra eski aboneliği aktiflestirince ödeme tutarım 19.90 olarak devam etmeye başladı.

Bu tutarın eskiden olduğu gibi 9.90 olarak devamı için desteğinizi rica ediyorum.

Thanks for your patience, we appreciate it. We have heard back from the relevant team and it seems like the plan you had was a legacy plan. For users to retain the legacy plan, they need to stay on that plan to retain the price as well. Since there was an upgrade done to the account, downgrading back to a lower plan will update with the new pricing.
