    Hi Sedat,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Turkish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Turkish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. Unfortunately, using the Source Code embed method is not possible in Jotform Cards and it is only available in Classic forms. We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.

Actually, I wanted to integrate Jotform with analytics (G4) to track at which step users are leaving the form and to monitor other actions taken on the form. Additionally, the card version of the form fits our site design better. How can I achieve this in the card layout then?

Frankly, we don't have much time to wait for the development you mentioned; we must find an alternative solution to this issue.

    Hi Sedat,

Thanks for reaching us back. As for your question, Unfortunately, there is no way to track user's progress using Google Analytics when in Card Form, as also previously mentioned by my colleague, Victorino. Furthermore, there is no way around the fact that card forms do not have the source code option enabled. At this point, it is best to use Classic Form for your form, and you can segment each field (if still necessary), into multiple pages so you can utilize the source code. You can use Page Break element for this one. Let me show you how:

    1. First, change the layout of your form into Classic Form. Select Settings on the orange navigation bar on Form Builder.
    2. Next, under Form Settings, click Show More Options at the bottom and look for Form Layout.
    3. Choose All questions in one page on the dropdown menu.
    4. Source Code Embed Method is not available in Jotform Cards Image 1 Screenshot 30
    5. Once done, click Add Form Element on the left.
    6. Under Basic tab, scroll down and click on Page Break. You can also drag and drop it to your desired location. Source Code Embed Method is not available in Jotform Cards Image 2 Screenshot 41

If you would like to create a multipage form, you can also click on this link; it should work flawlessly with this form.

Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.

    Hi Rene
We are required to use the card form. Can we see at which stage we lose users or user actions using Google Analytics plugins within Jotform with card form?

    Hi Sedat,

Thanks for reaching us back. I apologize that this feature only works for forms in classic layout, with the absence of the source code option in card forms. My colleague created a feature request for this feature to work with card forms. I'll coordinate with the Backend Team, if there's another option.

Thanks for your patience, we appreciate it.

    Hi Mary,

Is there any update on this matter? We are unable to activate the form and are waiting for the development on your side to be completed.

Can you provide an estimated time? We have set up our entire system based on card forms and we need to activate it as soon as possible.

    Hi Sedat,

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, we can't give you a specific or estimated timeframe for the feature request. When or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll come back to this thread and let you know.

Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
