Now, let me help you with your question. I understand that you are working on this form, https://jotform.com/240561960239054. This is a card form where each card is a field. So the skip page conditions will not work. You will need to use the Show/hide conditions on your form to skip to your required question/field. See this guide to understand how to use the conditions. Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Girish,
Thank you for your response. I have been used the skip page conditions on card form untill today. There was no problem. I also have a corporate account which I used it in the same conditions and even published it. I check the other account, the questionare is still there but the conditions is not working. It's interesting for me.
I am gonna try your advice and I will inform you. Thanks for all.

Hi Özkan,
Thanks for getting back to us. When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened. It seems that the Star Rating elements were not generating any value (on Card Form Layout), which is why the Skip to Field conditions are not working. I created a ticket about it and escalated this to our Developers. As soon as we have an update, we’ll let you know.
