I need to access a form

Are you trying to access the submission data of an existing form? If so, I checked your account but couldn't see the form you're referring to. If you have another account where the form is located, you can view its submissions. Let me show you how to do that:

• On your My Forms page, choose your form and click on Submissions at the top of the page.

• This will take you to Jotform Tables, where you can see a list of all of your submissions.

If the form is owned by someone else, kindly reach out to them directly and ask if they can share the form's tables with you.
