Now, let me help you with your question, I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly now. I have checked your Revision History, and it shows that you have modified the fields already.
The error message appears when you set a required field. If it's not filled out, the form filler can't submit the form until all the required fields are filled out. See screencast below to see an example:
