Now getting back to your inquiry, for what I have understood, you want to update your CV from your Data Science Intern Application right? If yes, you can edit your submission by clicking the edit submission link on the email that was sent to you after filling up the application form. Please see the screenshot below:

After clicking the link, you will then be redirected to the form with the fields populated from your previous submission.
