Now, let me help you with your question. As per checking your form URL: 240151954004951, I used incognito to test the Form URL and I was able to view it, please check out the screenshot below:
Can you please try to clear your form cache and see how it goes? Let me show you how to do it:
- On your My Forms page, hover your mouse on your Profile Avatar icon.
- In the window that opens, click on Settings.
- In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Clear Cache. That's it, you're done.
Kindly try to use another browser to open the form. Can you also take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? This guide will show you how to do that.
