Generation Data Days isimli formumuza 101 yanıt gelmiş olarak görünüyor Jotform sisteminde. Ancak Google E-tablolar entegrasyonundaki tabloya göre 99 yanıt var şeklinde gözüküyor. Bunun sebebi ne olabilir? Yine aynı formdan toplanan yanıtlardaki bir kişinin dosyası Google Drive entegrasyonunda görünüyor ancak o kişinin yanıtı entegrasyondaki tabloda gözükmüyor.

Or, if you'd rather have support in Turkish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. Are you referring to this form? I checked the Google Integration and the submission reflected on the Google Spreadsheet. If you're referring to a different form, can we ask for the link to the form so we can check? I cleared the form cache to refresh the forms. If the issue still persists, please try removing and reintegrating the Google Spreadsheet integration. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
- In the Settings menu, click on the Integrations option on the left side of the screen.
- Select the Google Sheets integration.
- Then, click on Remove Integration and then Yes, Remove!
- Now, let's connect the Google Sheets Integration again:
- In Form Builder, circle back to Settings at the top of the page.
- In the Settings menu, click on the Integrations option and Google Sheets integration again.
- Now, select and connect your Google account.
- Select an option.
- Choose your form fields.
- Click on Save, and that's it, you're done.

Thanks for getting back to us and for the additional information. I’m sorry that you’re having trouble with your Google Sheet integration on your form with ID 240052981183959. Please note that I was able to manually push 2 missing submissions on your Google Sheet integration. Can you check your Google Sheet and see if the submission is now visible? Can you test your form again and see if it works? If the issue persists, please let us know and we will further investigate.
Also, note that if you edit your Spreadsheet after integrating Google Sheet with your form, this action can cause an integration failure. So, consider removing the Google Sheet integration on your form and then add it again. Doing that is easy, let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
- Click on the Integrations tab on the left side of the screen.
- Select the Google Sheets Integration.
- Then, click on Remove Integration button and on the Yes, Remove button.
- Finally, reintegrate your form with Google sheet again, and make sure to tick the Send existing submissions to the sheet option; this way, you will be able to send the existing submissions.
