How can I retrieve submissions that disappeared when I downgraded my plan?

    Merhaba, daha önce bu anketi yapabilmek için satın almıştım ancak satın almış olduğum 1313 kişi katılımlı anket raporu sadece 200 kişi için gösteriliyor. Malesef daha önce anketin raporunu istediğim şekilde indirmemiştim. Rica etsem anketin raporlamasını düzgün bir şekilde alabilmem için 1 günlüğüne açabilir misiniz ?

    Now, let me help you with your question. Just to clarify, are you looking to retrieve a survey that you previously created in Jotform? If so, I can confirm that your account is currently active, and you should be able to find the form by checking your My Forms page.

    Also, I couldn't find a form with 1313 submissions. If you feel the submissions in that survey have been deleted, and it's been over 30 days, unfortunately, they have been permanently deleted from your account. If you're no longer able to see the survey form as well, could you please check your Trash Folder to see if the form is there? And if it is, just click the restore button to make it accessible again. Let me show you how:

Ücretsiz planda olduğum için raporu sadece 200 kişinin sonuç raporunu görebiliyorum. Raporu gerçek anket katılımcı sayısı ile alabilmem konusunda yardımcı olabilir misiniz ?

    Hello Petlas,

    Thanks for patiently waiting. I heard an update from the back end, when your account is downgraded to the Starter plan, the submissions over 500 are temporarily deleted. The only way to restore them is by upgrading your plan within 30 days after the downgrade, I have reviewed your account, and it seems that the downgrade took place last year.

    Would you like to try to upgrade your plan to a Storage plan and see if you will be able to retrieve your form submissions? If you did not find anything after the upgrade process, no worries since you can cancel the upgrade immediately. Please note that the Storage plan will automatically be available under your Pricing tab.
