Merhabalar jotform üzerinden kalite kontrol için bir form hazırladım bu formda her proses için kontrol soruları ekledi. Formda proses seçildiği zaman o prosese ait sorular ekrana geliyordu. Ancak yazdığım bütün sorular silindi ve yaptığım bütün koşullarda hata veriyor. Sorular bizim tarafımızdan silinmemiştir. Bu konuda bize yardımcı olur musunuz?

Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your form from the backend and under the revision History (changes made on 1 Feb 2024), I can see that multiple fields are removed from your form. Checkout the below screenshot :
I believe those are the fields which you sued in the condition, that is the reason the condition is showing error message in it. If you believe the form was okay before that, then you can simply revert to the previous version of the form from revision History.
I can see there are two versions of your form present in the revision History, one is of Jan 31 2024 and on Feb 1 2024 (In this version I can see the fields are deleted.)
It is really easy to go back to a previous version of the form. Let me show you how to use it:
- At the top of the Form Builder page, click on the Timestamp under the title of the Form to open the Revision History.
- Choose the version you want to restore the form to in the menu on the right side of the page.
- Now, just click on Revert next to the version you want to revert it to. That’s it.
