Why is my account suspended?

    Hello Aleyna,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Turkish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Turkish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, upon checking, your account has been suspended due to collection of Citezenship ID, which is against our Terms of use. If this was a government-issued ID it needs to be protected by two mandatory widgets:

    1. Add the Terms & Conditions Widget(or the Short Scrollable Terms Widget) for your users to read and agree.

    2. Add a Signature Widget, so your users can sign and agree to provide such sensitive information.

    In order to reactivate your account, we need your permission to delete the offending field. Please confirm if you agree to our terms and delete the offending field.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    Hi Aleyna,

    Thanks for getting back to us. We will just need your permission to delete the offending field including the data acquired for us to reactivate the account. I also forwarded your request to our Turkish team to get their help.

    As soon as we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.

    Hi Aleyna,

    Thanks for patiently waiting. I successfully deleted the offending fields and reactivated your account effective immediately. You should be able to log back in now. To prevent this from happening again, I recommend reviewing our Terms of Use.
