Merhabalar,
Oluşturmuş olduğum forma telefonumdan ulaşabiliyor ve gerekli bilgi girişini sağladıktan sonra formu sorunsuz bir şekilde gönderebiliyorum.
Aynı işlemi kullanmış olduğum tabletin tarayıcısından yapmak istediğimde, form ekrana geliyor fakat "İleri" butonuna bastığımda 2. arayüze ulaşamıyorum.
Yardımcı olabilirseniz gerçekten çok sevinirim.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Turkish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Turkish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. I cloned your form and tried to replicate the issue, but the next button worked the way it should. Check out my result in the screencast below:
Try to use a different browser or incognito. If the issue happens again after using a different browser or incognito, let us know what device are you using so we can try to replicate it at our end.

Hi Mightor,
Thank you very much for your effort to help me using Google Translate.
I am currently using iPad with iOS 10.3.3
I tried with Chrome and Safari as well as their incognito modes. The result is the same : (
Everything was fine until I formatted the tablet. The same thing happened with another device which is Samsung S3 Mini.
I am working on a project and presenting the form to users for data entry. I have only two different devices right now.

Thanks for getting back and sharing the video with us. I'm sorry this is happening. I checked your video and I noticed that you are using the form through the Jotform App. I tested a clone of the form on my iPad Pro with the latest iOS and the updated version of the Jotform App and it works as it should be. See the screencast below:
Also, I tested your form on my Safari Browser and it works with no issues:
I have cleared your form Cache to refresh the data. You can try to test the form again and make sure that you're using the latest version of the Jotform App and that your iPad is updated to the latest version.
