Setting Up Character Limit in Short Text Field.

1. Click the Short Text field in the Form Builder.
2. Click the Properties (Gear icon). It will open a panel on the right side of the page. Alternatively, you can also double-click the field to open the Properties panel.
3. Go to the Options tab.
4. Toggle the Character Limit and enter a value for the Minimum and Maximum boxes. The Form Builder automatically saves your settings, so you’re all set here.

Setting Up Entry Limit in Long text Field.

1. Click the Long Text field in the Form Builder.
2. Click the Properties (Gear icon) to open its properties panel. You can also double-click the field to do that.
3. Go to the Options tab.
4. Toggle the Entry Limits to enable it.
5. Set both Minimum and Maximum appropriately. You can choose to either limit it to Words or Letters.
