Now, let me help you with your question. If I understood what you’re asking, you are trying to submit a form but you are unable to because the payment form is stuck at the "Processing" status. You will have to contact the owner of this form and tell them that you are unable to submit the form because of this issue. Also, ask the form owner to open a new forum thread from the Contact Us page so that we can help you with this.
