Rochester 100® Inc. accepts returns of Nicky’s Folders® and other polypropylene products stock products within 60 days for a refund. The customer is responsible for all the shipping charges on returned orders. Custom orders (including custom stamped items) are non-returnable. Rochester 100® Inc. accepts returns of vinyl products within 60 days for a refund only if the product was incorrectly made by Rochester 100® and/or the product was damaged in transit.
