Now, let me help you with your question. You can do that by getting the QR code of your form. Let me show you how:

• In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on the Publish tab.
• Then, click on Quick Share on the left side of the page.
• Click on the QR Code button at the bottom of the Share Form section.
• The window that opens up will have the QR code to share your form.
