Error 404: PDF links don't work

    Bom dia,

    Venho por este meio pedir o esclarecimento de uma dúvida.

    Utilizo o Jotform com o intuito de utilizar um formulário para obter informações sobre um determinado serviço realizado pela empresa. Após terem sido realizadas as respostas ao formulário, pretendo enviar o pdf com as mesmas para o cliente. No entanto, ainda em fase de testes, percebemos que o cliente não consegue descarregar os ficheiros que foram adicionados por nós na resposta ao formulário.


    Como posso resolver este problema? É importante para nós que seja possível efetuar o download dos ficheiros adicionados.

    Now, let me help you with your question. Can you please give us more information on what's happening on your end so we can have a better understanding of what the situation is?     Olá Justin.

    Portanto, depois de o meu formulário estar pronto eu envio-o a uma pessoa para que a mesma responda. Depois de obter a resposta, faço o download da mesma em pdf, tal e qual como o jotform me permite fazer.

    Desta forma:

    Em seguida, envio esse pdf com a resposta para uma outra pessoa. No entanto, depois quando essa pessoa tenta abrir os ficheiros que estão na resposta os mesmos não abrem, redirecionam para esta janela:

    Como posso resolver isto? Preciso que a pessoa a quem eu envio o pdf com a resposta ao formulário consiga abrir os ficheiros.

    Now, let me help you with your question. The error 404 message usually appears when the user isn't logged in to their Jotform account. To prevent our system from prompting you to login to view or download your submission attachments, just disable the Login to View Uploaded Files requirement. It's simple, but we'll have to accomplish it on the desktop version of Jotform because the Jotform Mobile App isn't currently ready. Let me show you how:

    1. Please sign in to your Jotform account.
    2. Hover your cursor over the Avatar/Profile image on the right side of the screen.
    3. Click Settings in the drop-down menu.
    4. Now, under the Privacy section, go to the Security tab and uncheck the option next to Require Login to View Uploaded Files.

    That's it. You no longer need to login to view or download files attached to your submissions.
