Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. We have the moved the form along with its data to mariana.rocha@redeclaro.pt. Please also note that if there are any custom URLs set up on your form, it will not work anymore once we transfer the form. You will need to create new custom URLs on the new username.
