    Hi Luis,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m really sorry that this is happening. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know, and we can have them do that. But keep in mind that you'll have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your issue. After reviewing our system, I found that your account has been suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Use. The specific issue is related to the form you created, which collects sensitive information such as passwords.

Please keep in mind that we have a team and an automated anti-phishing filter that checks all forms for potential phishing, spam, or fake offers. I went ahead and removed the offending fields. Your account has also been reinstated, allowing you to log in and access your forms once more.

Please avoid using Jotform to create forms that collect sensitive information such as login credentials, credit card numbers, and so on. Such forms are considered phishing forms, and the accounts associated with them are automatically suspended. For more information, please see our Terms of Use.

Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
